Temporary Changes at GRACE - Jan. 21, 2021

Dear Grace Family,

Due to the recent rise in numbers of people testing positive for Covid in the city and at GRACE, the elders and I want to inform you of some temporary changes being made to help reduce the spread of the virus.

First, Sunday Morning Bible Study for children, youth and adults will be suspended for the next two Sundays, January 24th & 31st.  During this time period we will review whether there is the need to extend this suspension. 

Second, Fusion, the Youth Sunday evening gathering, will also be suspended for the next two Sundays. 

Third, our two worship services will continue at the regular times of 8:15am & 10:45am, including space in the Fellowship Hall and Room 2D for additional distancing. The livestream will continue at 10:45am. The Nursery will still be provided during the worship services. Our standard protocols for Covid are still encouraged each Sunday. We understand that anyone who has health concerns and is not comfortable gathering with groups of any size will want to continue worshipping from home. Most importantly, if you show viral symptoms, please join in worship from home via the livestream instead of in-person.

Fourth, small group meetings (Connect Groups, Discipleship Groups, Bible Studies) will continue to meet at the discretion of and in the manner chosen by its leaders and members.

Finally, through the month of February, there will be no large group events scheduled outside of Sunday worship services.

I thank God for His grace and mercy towards us during these challenging times. I also want to thank you for your understanding and patience as the leadership of Grace seeks to navigate these uncharted waters. It has been our desire and intent over the past 11 months to do what is best for both your spiritual and physical well being. Please continue to pray for the spiritual and physical health of our Grace family.
